Yes. Every unit gets its own QR code, and Invy generates print-ready label PDFs for A4 sheets, Avery stock, and Brother, Dymo and Zebra label printers. Labels carry your organization's name, not ours. Scanning one with a phone camera opens that unit in Invy, and because the code resolves by a permanent internal ID, renaming or moving an asset never breaks labels you have already printed.
Invy provides detailed PDF and CSV reports for inventory status, asset movements, maintenance history, and borrowing logs. You can schedule these reports or generate them on-demand for specific time periods or locations.
